Walk Ins are welcome but patients with appointments are given a priority. There could be a wait time of more than an hour.
Patient could request to be sent an SMS when there are fewer patients in the waiting room, to avoid waiting long periods. We will do our best to see all patients as close to their appointment time as possible, however, emergencies are given first priority.
Work Cover & TAC appointments
Please let our receptionist know if your appointment relates to a Work Cover or TAC claim, as some of our Doctors are unable to provide ongoing care to patients with a new or existing TAC or Work Cover claim.
Home Visits appointments
Our principal doctor will make home visits if absolutely necessary for clinic patients who cannot attend the clinic.
Booking a long appointment
If you want an insurance medical review of a complex health problem, counseling for emotional difficulties, or a second opinion, please book a longer appointment. This may involve a longer wait but your problem will get the attention it deserves. Please bring relevant letters and test results from other doctors.
