Keeping you safe at Kings Park Medical Centre during coronavirus (COVID-19)

We have have made changes to our services in response to COVID-19 to make it as safe as ever to access our health services.

All patients are screened for cold symptoms before they are allowed in the building and are asked to wait in their cars instead of the waiting room.
All the doctors wear full personal protective equipment (PPE) to keep you safe. We expect all patients to wash their hands before they come in and we check their temperatures.

We have 1.5m social distancing throughout the building, apart from when examining patients. As general practitioners, we try and do as much as we can over the phone – some consults can be done completely over the phone. If patients do need to be examined, we will ensure this occurs, but in a clinically safe way, and only if it’s clinically appropriate.

We can fax scripts to your local pharmacy and documents such as medical certificates can be placed in your car in a contactless fashion.

All of our rooms are thoroughly cleaned with UV treatment every day.

Please don’t hesitate to contact us at Kings Park Medical Centre – 03 9217 9400 or https:/kingsparkmedical.com.au. We are here for you!
